Refund policy
Due to the custom nature of our business, we cannot accept returns on personalized items. We do, however, provide returns or exchanges if you find your item is damaged or not as expected. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
